Eventide communications logging recorders have been deployed at hundreds of air traffic control centers and towers worldwide. These high-reliability voice logging systems provide voice transmission recording, archival storage, and easy access to recordings. Eventide loggers include redundant power supplies, a RAID1 or RAID5 redundant hard disk array, and LINUX operating system - for maximum up-time.
Two independent Eventide communications logging recorders may be connected in parallel, assuring fully redundant recording of each transmission. Accurate time synchronization is provided via standard NTP or optional IRIG-B connectivity. Recorded calls may be accessed directly from the communications logger's optional front panel controls or via Eventide's MediaWorks client software. Eventide communications logging recorders can be equipped to record Analog audio sources, T1/E1 and ISDN circuits, and VoIP and digital administrative phones.
Synchronization with Radar Replay: Eventide offers custom API options for control of time-synchronized audio replay by third-party radar/surveillance replay applications.
Eventide is actively involved in implementation and interoperability testing of the EUROCONTROL WG67 ED137b/Part 4 IP recording Interface - for recording of IP-audio from ED137b/Part 4-capable radios and controller workstations.
Eventide is also a member of the EUROCONTROL VOTE (VoIP in ATM Implementation and Transition Expert) group. The VOTE group deals with validation and deployment matters related to VoIP communications used in Air Traffic Management (ATM).
