9/6/2006 - Offers call takers a scalable client for Eventide loggers including Instant Recall
Eventide today announced the availability of its new MediaAgent™ client for its complete line of VR series call loggers, including the VR615, VR725, VR778 and DIR911t. Featuring new levels of functionality, the MediaAgent affords operators an advanced level of control over incoming calls and new options that make a call taker's responsibilities easier to manage.
The new MediaAgent client features a number of new functions that can help improve a call taker's efficiency. New features include: instant recall for reviewing portions of incoming calls as they are happening, record on demand, live monitor, and an array of user configurable alarms and alerts. MediaAgent also offers a convenient recording media status display which gives operators a precise readout of the available media remaining that can be dedicated to further call recording.
